Hi, I’m Aimi Hikaru
My name is Aimi Hikaru, a Malaysia-based artist and writer with a passion for drawing. I graduated from MARA University of Technology in 2010, where I studied landscape architecture and completed an English language proficiency course.
In 2011, while still a university student, I founded Aaimi Art Studio as a blog. It began as a space to share my love for books, manga, manuscripts, and my life journey as a student. Over time, it evolved into my portfolio and an online shop where I now sell art prints and merchandise.
After a hiatus, I returned to drawing in 2022 as a self-taught artist, sharing my work on social media—and I haven’t looked back since. Alongside my art, I’ve traditionally published novels from both finished and unfinished manuscripts. I’m also deeply fascinated by urban landscapes, which often inspire my creative work.
